Honeymoon Checklist

You’ll plan months planning the perfect wedding then, in a flash, it is over. Make sure you also devote time and energy into planning the perfect honeymoon. Following is a quick checklist of potential items you’ll need to pack for your honeymoon. 

• Take care of any vaccination requirements!
• Confirm your flight and other reservations
• Arrive at the airport early to avoid any last minute problems

• Hair dryer, travel iron or steamer (although check with the hotel since some hotels provide these items)

• Camera, film and batteries
• Cash – If traveling to another country, bring at least $50 in the foreign currency in small denominations and coins
• Travelers checks
• Clothesline and clothespins to hang up wet bathing suits or any items requiring a quick cleaning
• Contact lens solution and eye drops
• Credit cards
• Electrical adapters
• Sunglasses
• First aid kit
• Travel and language guide books
• Locks and keys for your luggage
• Luggage tags
• Passports and visas
• Plastic baggies to pack up dirty items or shoes when returning home again
